what to expect at GCF
access
We are extremely lucky to be able to host the festival in Glasgow’s beautiful, medieval cathedral, which is both an active Christian church and a historic monument. The festival is open to everyone, and we are delighted to welcome people of all backgrounds into Glasgow’s oldest building.
Our main event space is accessible via stairlift, and the Lower Church is a multi-level space with uneven flooring—if you require assistance or cannot use stairs, please let us know in advance and we will ensure your access needs are supported. We are happy to take requests for BSL interpretation or a programme-reading service. latecomers
Events will start at the published time. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, and may have to sit near the entrance.
refunds / exchanges
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, except in the event of a cancelled performance. If GCF does have to cancel a performance, we will offer an exchange or refund, whichever suits you best.
Exchanges may be available (at our discretion) for another performance if there are tickets available. No refunds can be made for lower priced tickets, and the difference for higher priced tickets must be paid.
event changes
GCF event content and performers may change at short notice, or differ from published details. GCF reserves the right to change programme details at any point, with no obligation to refund tickets and associated costs. If we do have to make a change, we will contact ticket holders by email.
filming / photos
Events may be filmed or photographed by GCF. By attending, you give your consent for your image to be included online and in our printed materials in the future.
Filming and photography by audience members is not permitted during events, and mobile phones must be switched off during events.
